Even our beautiful region, as the rest of the planet, is increasingly exposed to the impacts of climate events that include heavy snowfall and rain, landslides, coastal erosion and flooding, as well as heat waves.

To make our residents, community and supporters increasingly aware of the importance of climate action, we are committed to improve the sustainability of our operations by:

Prioritizing residency projects with a focus on sustainability, ensuring they align with our values of environmental responsibility and climate action.
Sourcing food from local farmers and producers, including our family farm
Reducing energy consumption and gradually investing in energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions

Using re-usable, recyclable or recycled packaging and bottles
Using digital communication means for planning our residencies, instead of travelling
Encouraging the use of ground/sea transport
Planting indigenous trees and plants on our land to offset carbon emissions generated by residents that are obliged to use air transport to reach us
